Fees and policy
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows the time to be offered to another client. A cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice is not provided.
Fees
- Standard Sessions: $170 per 50–60 minutes. Medicare rebate of $87.25 available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
- Couples Sessions: $180 per 50–60 minutes.
- NDIS: Fees are charged in line with the current NDIS price guide.
- WorkCover, DVA, and other third-party funded sessions: Charged in line with current funding body rates or agreed schedules.
Bulk-Billed Appointments
- As a mixed-billing practice, a limited number of bulk-billed appointments are available for eligible clients (e.g. concession card holders).
