Fees and policy

 Fees

  • Standard Sessions: $170 per 50–60 minutes.  Medicare rebate of $89.50 available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
  • NDIS: Fees are charged in line with the current NDIS price guide.
  • WorkCover, DVA, and other third-party funded sessions: Charged in line with current funding body rates or agreed schedules.


Bulk-Billed Appointments

  • As a mixed-billing practice, a limited number of bulk-billed appointments are available for eligible clients.  


Please note, bulk-billing availability is not shown in the online booking system. Please contact the practice directly to enquire.  


Cancellation Policy


Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows the time to be offered to another client. A cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice is not provided. 


 For current clients, appointments may be booked via the online booking system.
