Fees and policy
While there is no formal cancellation policy, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows the time to be offered to another client who may be waiting for support.
Fees:
- Concession Card Holders: Sessions are bulk billed.
- Non-Concession Card Holders: $170 per 50–60-minute session, with a Medicare rebate of $87.25 available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.
- Couples Sessions: $180 per 50–60-minute session.
- NDIS: Fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS price guide.
