Our workshops are informed by evidence-based psychological approaches and workplace wellbeing frameworks, including the Job Demands–Resources model. This framework recognises that workplace wellbeing is influenced by the balance between the demands placed on individuals and the resources available to support them, including support, autonomy, connection, recovery and opportunities for growth.
Building on this understanding, workshops draw on established psychological approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), stress physiology and emotion regulation. These approaches provide participants with practical psychological skills to better understand their responses, navigate challenges and maintain wellbeing in demanding roles.
