We offer in office and telehealth appointments.
While there is no formal cancellation policy, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend your appointment, so we can accommodate others.
Your privacy is our top priority. All sessions are confidential, and your personal information is managed in line with professional and legal standards. We use Halaxy for secure practice management and NovaPsych for administering psychological assessments, ensuring your data is handled safely.
However, there are legal limitations to confidentiality, including:
- If there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.
- If there is a legal obligation to report concerns (e.g., child protection matters).
- If records are subpoenaed by a court.

We charge $170 per 50-to-60-minute session for Mental Health Treatment Plan. Current rebate for inside consultation room is $87.25 through Medicare.
