Your privacy is our top priority. All sessions are confidential, and your personal information is managed in line with professional and legal standards. We use Halaxy for secure practice management and NovaPsych for administering psychological assessments, ensuring your data is handled safely.
However, there are legal limitations to confidentiality, including:
- If there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.
- If there is a legal obligation to report concerns (e.g., child protection matters).
- If records are subpoenaed by a court.
