I’ve been working in mental health since 2019 and now support individuals and families across Maryborough and the Fraser Coast through my private practice, which I began full-time in July 2025.
My approach is person-centred and evidence-based, grounded in understanding your whole story — not just symptoms.
Before entering mental health, I worked in several industries, including Security, the Federal Government and Sawmills. These experiences help shape my relational approach, allowing me to connect with people from all walks of life in a genuine and down-to-earth way.
Our aim is to provide a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.
